Chef Julian Alonzo brings a truly global culinary perspective and over two decades of industry experience to the table.  As a veteran of contemporary cuisine, there are few other chefs who are able to pair flavors and textures together the way that Chef Alonzo does with such ease.  Get your seat for this demo early as Julian will share some of his secrets as to how he comes up with the ingredient pairings to make his dishes shine. He’ll also be preparing Wagyu beef with local ingredients such as huitlacoche and his trademark global flair.
